We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Professional to join our team at S.i. Systèmes in Edmonton.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients across various locations in the city.

With a strong background in deskside support and experience working with Intune, SCCM, and ITIL/ITSM/ServiceNow, you will be well-equipped to tackle complex technical issues and provide seamless support to our clients.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing deskside support, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including supporting laptops, meeting rooms, and other desktop environments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
