We are seeking an experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-performing branch and lead a team of Investment Advisors and support staff.

  • Ensure the branch meets its sales and revenue targets.
  • Implement effective operational controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada.
  • Work hours/week: 37.5.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Job Type: Regular.
  • Pay Type: Commission.

Requirements:

  • CSC and CPH designations.
  • Minimum 2 years of investment advisory experience or similar experience.
  • Post-secondary education (college or university).
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deal with complex situations.
