About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring that all guests receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily routines to ensure consistency and operational excellence, including managing labor, controlling food and paper costs, and resolving guest issues.
  • Team Development: Train and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Business Results: Drive business results by managing sales, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of quick service restaurant management experience
  • Drive-thru experience required
  • Tim Hortons experience an asset
  • Ability to stay on feet for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Open availability
  • Command of the English language
