About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including inventory management, health and safety regulations, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
