About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 3-4 staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Clients and Partnerships: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
