Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Northeast Bottle Depot. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 30-35 hours of work per week.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff as needed.
  • Oversee payroll administration, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
