Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring seamless service delivery
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Food Quality and Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal stock levels
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Administrative and Financial Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies
    • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week

  • English language proficiency
