Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary.
