Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Mahakal Foods Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily culinary operations. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for food service operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles relevant to the establishment.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
