About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mahakal Foods Ltd. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and our company's culinary standards.
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Work with our culinary team to plan and prepare menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative and Reporting Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • At least 1 month of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
