About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mahakal Foods Ltd. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and Service Teams

Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional quality and service standards.

Train and Develop Team Members

Provide comprehensive training to our team members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our culinary operations' demands.

Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Compile and submit accurate and detailed reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our culinary operations.

Maintain Knowledge of Culinary Genres

Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, ensuring our menu offerings and service standards remain exceptional.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring our teams are well-equipped to meet the demands of our culinary operations.
