About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Z&M Food Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office activities.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, manage inventory, and maintain financial records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, including financial reports, operational reports, and other data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
