Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office activities.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
