Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Power Supply Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high voltage power supply modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high voltage power supply modules, including circuit layouts and mechanical properties
  • Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and technologists to resolve design issues and improve product performance
  • Work closely with manufacturing engineering, production test, QC/QA, and customer support to ensure smooth product development and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with marketing and customers to identify and implement new requirements and features
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of design documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience designing power electronics circuits of several topologies and power levels to meet good reliability and EMC requirements
  • General knowledge of dielectric materials and physics of gas/solid high voltage high frequency environments
  • Experience with high voltage designs and practical EM field limitations and dielectric applications
  • An enthusiastic team player, detail-oriented, and task-focused
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience under ISO design and manufacturing environments, as well as DFM, DFT, hazard analysis/risk assessment
  • Practical experience with P-SPice and ANSYS simulation platforms
