Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards Business Analyst to join our team. As a JD Edwards Business Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing JD Edwards modules to meet business requirements, testing, documenting, and providing end-user training. You will also conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization, implement and maintain system enhancements and integrations, and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize JD Edwards modules to meet business requirements.
  • Test, document, and provide end-user training.
  • Conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement and maintain system enhancements and integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Provide tier 1 user support and hands-on support of daily, monthly, and annual processes.
  • Liaise with IT manager for cross-platform support, as needed.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer sciences, business, or equivalent.
  • Project Management and/or Business Analyst certification an asset.
  • + years of JDE experience (EnterpriseOne or higher).
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling, and data modeling.
  • Windows and SQL database experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working within the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance module, preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into system functionality.
  • Familiarity with Business Objects, BI Publisher, Orchestrator, QlikView, Hubble, and JDE mobile apps an asset.
  • Must be a team player and proactive in terms of system improvements.

Security Clearance

  • Must be able to meet Canadian Controlled Goods requirements.
