Customer Relations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
