**Job Summary**

311 FLSmidth Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in sales and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to define project scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and ensure compliance with export control regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being within the company and among stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate and influence at a senior level, both internally and externally.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of commercial, financial, and contract terms.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as drawings and safety manuals.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and online.
