We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Fantasyland Hotel. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, making them feel valued and appreciated
* Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, providing personalized solutions and making arrangements as needed
* Assist with luggage storage, ensuring guests' belongings are safe and secure
* Help guests with inquiries regarding their room, hotel amenities, and attractions within West Edmonton Mall
* Assist with managing the line up for the elevator, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests
* Create and maintain a local area guide to give out to guests, providing them with valuable information and recommendations
* Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction
* Assist with Guest Services, Reservations, and Switchboard operations as needed

Requirements

* 1-2 years of previous customer service experience, with a preference for those with hotel experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a courteous phone manner
* Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance, with a positive and friendly attitude
* Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift guest baggage in the absence of Guest Services
* Must be comfortable wearing a themed costume
* Must be able to pass a basic security clearance

* This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
