Job Description:

B Enterprises Incorporated is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills, experience with manual and computerized systems, and the ability to prepare financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and general journals.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely payments to employees.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
