Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Royal Garden. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
