Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Royal Garden. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
