We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Brain Injury Unit as a night shift nurse. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
About the Role:
This 12-hour per week position involves working a night shift schedule, providing hands-on care to patients recovering from brain injuries. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity
- Assess patients' conditions, develop, and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care provided
- Participate in education and training activities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
- Possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in critical care or rehabilitation nursing is preferred
