About Us

First Truck Centre, a leading provider of sales, vehicle maintenance, parts, collision, and financing services to the industry, is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join its team in Abbotsford, BC.

Compensation Package

  • A competitive base wage of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
  • Create estimates.
  • Invoice customers.
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
  • Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
  • Explain all work performed and charges.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
  • Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
  • Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma.
