Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our office buildings, commercial spaces, and other properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our properties.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our properties.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
