Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Heavy Duty Cleaning Professional to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our office buildings, commercial spaces, and other properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure independence and efficiency.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe and accessible environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial spaces, shopping centers, hotels, and private residences. The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work independently and efficiently.
