Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaning Professional to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office buildings, commercial spaces, and other properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure independence and efficiency.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe and accessible environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and kneeling.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability to meet the needs of the team and the company.
