Job Summary

Catholic Christian Outreach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of our presence in their particular region. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the campus movements within the region, ensuring effective execution and growth.
  • Supervise, support, and manage Campus Team Leaders, providing guidance and coaching to achieve their goals.
  • Lead Regional Development, identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategies to achieve growth.
  • Support campus expansion processes, working closely with the Campus Programming department to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with other national departments to advance CCO's mission in all contexts, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a CCO Campus Team Leader, with a strong understanding of CCO material and methodology.
  • Excellent knowledge of STPD practices, with the ability to coach others in its implementation.
  • Strong coaching and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Ability to collaborate on a national level, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate and advance CCO's mission with bishops, dioceses, chaplains, campus ministers, and major donors.
  • Strong prophetic and strategic mind, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Able to work in remote settings, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Director of Campus Programming. The successful candidate will work in a normal office environment or home office setting.
