Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance in the region by ensuring the effective delivery of estate and financial planning services.
- Oversee and mentor a regional team of financial advisors, ensuring they possess the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on trends in estate and financial planning through continuous research and participation in industry events.
- Serve as a pivotal representative in the Financial Planning Centre of Excellence.

- Conduct advanced planning seminars in collaboration with the support team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning or related fields.
