Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a positive and productive team dynamic
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory and operational decisions
Our fast-paced kitchen environment requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in a dynamic and often chaotic work environment.
