Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and flexibility
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
