Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and train our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Manage our inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate to be considered for this role.

7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience

You must have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role to be considered for this position.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively supervise and train staff, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure quality control.

Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
