Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our team at Les Architectes Joly Baygin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of construction projects, preparing proposals, and managing the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Prepare proposals, working drawings, and presentation graphics and drawings to communicate project details to stakeholders.
  • Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to the team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in architecture or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
