Job Title: Principal Software Engineer Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for our medical devices.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop software solutions for medical devices, including image processing and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and bring innovative solutions to the table.
  • Architect and implement software systems that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field of medical imaging and machine learning.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in computer science, image processing, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in C++ and experience with OpenGL, GLSL, OpenCL, Qt, and Linux.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
