Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer/Scrum Master to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and releasing innovative high-performance medical device software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical leadership to the team in software architecture and best-in-class software development methodologies and practices.
  • Solve difficult problems and always strive to make things better and achieve engineering excellence.
  • Partner with other teams including marketing, systems engineering, QA, hardware, and regulatory to understand requirements and bring the best solutions forward.
Requirements
  • Certified Scrum Master with previous experience in a scrum master role.
  • A strong CS background, preferably BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in C++, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong experience with architecting, designing, and implementing medical device software.
  • Experience writing software for embedded systems that interface with sensors.
  • Strong experience with the development of network protocols (TCP/IP, OpenSSL) and cybersecurity.
