About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Allan Park Motor Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
    • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Sell vehicles and merchandise to customers
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Inventory and Operations
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels
    • Ensure that sales floor is clean and well-organized
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
