Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Allan Park Motor Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, assigning duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure effective use of resources
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve performance
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure optimal sales coverage
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Fluency in English
This role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
