Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Allan Park Motor Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and merchandising plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
