Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Service: Sell vehicles and provide after-sales service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the sales floor is always stocked with a wide range of vehicles.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced sales environment and must be able to work under pressure to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
