Located in the heart of Canada, Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Production Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented video professional to work with our experienced team and contribute to the development of engaging digital experiences for our customers. As a Senior Video Production Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our brand's unique personality and resonates with our audience.

Your primary focus will be on designing and producing captivating digital animations and motion graphics for various projects, including display advertising, social media, product demos, sponsored events, and corporate communications initiatives. You will also collaborate with our XD team members to ensure seamless integration and consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative ideas for video design concepts, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
  • Lead the planning and development of video production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and editors to create cohesive and engaging video content.
  • Source imagery and audio to enhance video production quality and adhere to brand standards.
  • Ensure brand consistency and best practices are applied throughout the video creation process.
  • Manage workflow consisting of multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in HCI/UX, Social Science, Psychology, Research, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of video industry standard formats and digital media practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
