Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Representative to provide exceptional client onboarding experiences for high-value clients, leveraging a consultative approach while having targeted conversations about the products, services, and associated offers that are relevant to the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Onboarding: Deliver exceptional client onboarding experiences via telephone or email, focusing on acquisition of new online brokerage accounts and providing white-glove service for high-value client leads.
  • Sales and Service Inquiries: Handle sales and service inquiries for High Value clients, including complex accounts (e.g., Corporate and trust accounts), to deliver exceptional client experiences via telephone and email.
  • Campaigns and Initiatives: Support partnership initiatives that increase engagement and deepen relationships with our High Net Worth clients, contributing to overall business growth success.
  • Education and Training: Develop and implement structured outbound calling strategies according to agreed-upon growth objectives, supplementing business development sales activities during high-demand periods and campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A university degree or work equivalency.
  • Familiarity with Wealth Management and Banking industry competitor offerings and products.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' industry experience in a sales, relationship, or account management role.
  • Expert verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to disseminate key ideas and information to clients and partners.
  • Extremely proactive, able to work well independently or in a team setting, and demonstrates a high degree of perseverance.
What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on your location and level of experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
