**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Analytics Coordinator to join our team at Dormez-vous?. As a key member of our Corporate team, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and informing strategic decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Track and analyze category performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and optimize inventory management
* Identify and develop new reporting opportunities to drive business growth
* Prepare presentations and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions

**Requirements:**

* University/College Diploma or equivalent in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field
* Minimum 3 years experience in retail allocation, demand planning, and related field
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
* Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams
* Advanced Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
* Familiarity with ERP and other systems would be an asset
