We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cosmetics Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising initiatives of our clients and enhancing relationships with store and department managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that shelving, displays, walls, and other visual merchandising elements are set up and maintained according to planograms and instructions provided.
  • Store Visits: Plan and schedule store visits within assigned territories to execute merchandising initiatives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Communicate work schedules and updates to support team members as required.
  • Training and Development: Attend training conference calls, online training, and field training as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key in-store contacts to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete daily reports, including photographs of completed tasks, to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of merchandising activities.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to understand and execute changes to planograms.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with store staff and management.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
