Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor - Merchandise Manager to join our team at Alliston Mobil. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high sales volumes.
  • Plan and develop permanent and temporary exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
  • Order merchandise, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Establish work schedules, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews to ensure a motivated and productive team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in retail management and merchandising. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 people, working 32 hours per week. The language of work is English.
