Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our leadership team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising other workers, training them on new procedures, and recording minutes from meetings. You will also determine and establish office routines, schedule appointments, and answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Supervise 1-2 people
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare meeting minutes, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries
  • Communication: Answer telephones, relay messages, and compile data and statistics
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Office
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, team player, client focus, reliability
Benefits
  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
