Job Title: Research Analyst

Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a full-time Research Analyst to support work within the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre. The successful candidate will contribute to research excellence, clinical innovation, education, and knowledge exchange.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and screen participants for clinical trials, including those with neurodevelopmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
  • Administer assessments, conduct neuropsychological tests, and score clinical and functional assessment scales.
  • Prepare data for presentations, peer-reviewed research papers, and regulatory submissions.
  • Manage participant records, databases, and study logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the development of study tools, regulatory documentation, and data summarization for progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical research experience.
  • Prior experience working on Health Canada regulated research studies is required.
  • Experience working with individuals and/or families with mental health and/or addictions and/or developmental disabilities is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with studies using psychedelics is an asset.
  • Previous experience administering the SCID-5, ADOS, BDI-II, HAM-D, NIH Toolbox Cognition Battery, ABC-I, or Modified Overt Aggression Scale (MOAS) is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database software packages is essential.
