Job Title: Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team at the Centre for Therapeutic Brain Intervention. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain research databases using REDCap, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Assist with database quality control, generating reports and resolving data quality queries.
  • Write computational scripts to automate data management processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation, including data management plans, user guides, and workflow documents.
  • Support report preparation, including study and enrollment progress, and data and safety monitoring board reports.
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure seamless data management and analysis.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, combined with at least 1 year of experience working in a research environment. Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, and SQL, is essential. Experience with REDCap, statistical packages, and data visualization tools is an asset. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are also required.
