Job Description:


We are currently seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors to support our locations throughout SK and MB. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing land surveying and surveying services to internal and external clients, managing various survey project types including legal, infrastructure, land development, topographic, engineering, construction, and reality capture.



Your Responsibilities:



  • Manage project deliverables and all team members working on projects
  • Lead survey crews and office staff on projects; communicate scope and scheduling information to team members and stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach field crews, drafters, plan checkers and other team members
  • Work collaboratively within our larger Geomatics team
  • Work with clients to understand project scope
  • Promote a culture of Safety in Everything We Do and adherence to the Allnorth HSE policies and Safe Work Methods
  • Maintain project budgets
  • Build and maintain client relationships


What You'll Bring to the Team:



  • Registered with SLSA or eligible to register
  • Must be a practicing SLS, or professional Land Surveyor from another province, eligible to register with the ABCLS or SLSA as an association member
  • 3+ years of land surveying experience
  • Oil & Gas experience considered an asset
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D is an asset
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of dependability
  • Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment is essential
  • A valid driver's license is required


Salary:


The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
