Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dynamite Vape and Smoke. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- English language
