Retail Store Manager

At Mac's Convenience Store, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash
- Order merchandise and ensure that inventory is organized and maintained
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of workers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads and working in a team. The ability to multitask, be flexible, and reliable is essential for this role.
