Retail Store Manager

Mac's Convenience Store is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a well-stocked store.
- Establish work schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to drive business growth.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
